Chicken Piccata with Artichoke Hearts
This recipe was a hit with the kids. The artichokes really go unnoticed. If you cut them small enough they will just blend in with the sauce.
We did not have any white cooking wine. Instead, we added two teaspoons white vinegar. We also skipped the butter.
